Clerk of Course
WHO?
This is a great job for a parent of swimmers in the 10 and Under group. You and a fellow parent can team up and even have any younger kiddos nearby! You are likely to know a lot of the other 10 and Under swimmers and families, which helps a lot!
WHAT?
Line up the 10 and Under swimmers for their relays and individual races.
WHERE?
You will be positioned under a tent (yay for shade!) at the end of the pool where swimmers will gather before you work together to line them up and walk them out to the pool deck.
WHEN?
Each Clerk of Course will be responsible for ½ of the meet. The first half Clerk will be lining up swimmers immediately after the warm-ups and prior to the start of the meet. We will switch out Clerks half way through the meet to divide up the work load.
